Pulse
Pulse is Findry's stakeholder-facing surface. Share decisions, evidence, and outcomes with anyone — without giving them a Findry account.
What is Pulse
Pulse is the output layer of Findry. It's designed for one purpose: letting the people who don't use Findry daily — executives, board members, cross-functional partners, clients — see the reasoning behind a product decision without needing an account or a seat.
A Pulse is a curated view. You choose what to share: a Bet and its evidence chain, an Outcome and its verdict, a phase recap. The viewer gets a clean, readable page. They don't see the rest of your workspace.
Stakeholders who receive a Pulse link are never counted as paid seats — regardless of how many you share with.
“The VP of Product shouldn't need to learn your tool to understand why a feature shipped. Pulse is the answer to "just send me something I can read."”
Creating a Pulse
Open any Bet or Outcome and click Share as Pulse. Choose the content scope:
- Bet rationale — shares the bet, the RICE score, the predicted impact, and the linked hypothesis with its evidence summary
- Outcome summary — shares the ship date, the variance report, and the verdict + lessons
- Phase recap (Team+) — a narrative summary across multiple bets or outcomes for a given period
Give the Pulse a title — this is what the viewer sees in the browser tab. Add an optional intro paragraph to give context ("This is our Q2 onboarding bet, as discussed in the May roadmap review.").
Passcode protection and sharing
Every Pulse is passcode-protected by default. Findry generates a random passcode — you can change it to something memorable. Share the URL and passcode separately (don't put them in the same message — treat it like a shared secret). The viewer enters the passcode once; it's remembered by their browser for 30 days.
To share: copy the link from the Pulse detail page. Or click Email link to send it via Resend with the passcode embedded in the message body.
Comments and PDF export
Stakeholder comments (Pro+): viewers can leave comments on a Pulse. Comments are threaded and visible to you inside Findry alongside the Pulse. Use this to capture feedback from executives without a meeting. Comments are not visible to other Pulse viewers.
PDF export (Pro+): open any Pulse and click Export PDF. Findry generates a paginated PDF of the Pulse content — useful for board decks, procurement reviews, or compliance records. The PDF includes the Findry mark, the Pulse title, and the date of export.
Custom Pulse branding (Team+): replace the Findry mark with your company logo. Upload your logo in Settings → Pulse branding. All new Pulses use the custom branding; existing ones continue until regenerated.
Revoking a Pulse
Open the Pulse from your Pulses list and click Revoke. This immediately invalidates the URL. Anyone with the old link will see a "This Pulse is no longer available" page. To re-share, generate a new Pulse — you can copy the content from the revoked one.
